National Schoolwear Centres plc is the UK's leading independent supplier of school uniforms. With 60 franchised and wholly owned high street outlets the company wished to raise its profile further by developing a concessions based presence.
MK was tasked with developing a programme of modular POS branding and display. As champions of the National Schoolwear Centres identity MK developed a package of deliverables for the roll out of concessions in Woolworths stores. The package had to be compliant with Woolworths display specifications and flexible enough to suit differing floorplans and concession footprints.
The programme included collateral management and the supply of pre-opening publicity, permanent signage, promotional signage, promotional merchandising, floorplans and a library of supporting promotional literature.
The planned expansion into Woolworths flagship stores continues, with Christmas 2007 trading at its highest level ever in a faltering retail climate.
