To successfully separate the Watsons chain from other agents, niche markets in which Watsons had particular expertise were selected. By taking Watsons' customer offering down to the next level and specialising in just one area they are known as experts.

MK created a brand and identity specialising in high quality properties featuring all styles and periods. A dedicated website was created with feeds from Watsons' traditional multi-sector website. This was supported by highly focused printed media advertising.
